Both GigSpace apps can be locked behind a 4-digit PIN, with Face ID or Touch ID as a shortcut. Turn it on under Screen lock: in GigSpace Artist that's Profile, then Account and settings; in GigSpace Agent it's in More.
Once it's on, the app asks every time you open it or come back to it from another app. It's worth doing if your bookings, earnings or payout details are on a phone you occasionally hand to someone.
The PIN is stored on your phone only. It isn't your account password, and it's never sent to us. Face ID and Touch ID use your phone's own security: GigSpace never sees your face or fingerprint, the phone simply tells the app yes or no, and nothing biometric is sent anywhere or stored by us.
Forgot your PIN? Tap Forgot PIN? on the lock screen. It signs you out and removes the PIN: sign back in with your email and password, then set a new one.
