  • One database, not two

    The phone doesn't sync with the desk: there is nothing to sync. Both are reading the same rows, guarded by the same row-level rules.

  • Answers land where you are

    An act accepts and the gig turns Confirmed everywhere at once: your list, your calendar, the venue's panel, the artist's guide.

  • Your agency, and only your agency

    Every read and write is fenced to your agency in the database itself, not by a screen that politely hides the wrong rows.

The app is where you'll stand at 11pm in a loud room with one hand free. It's built for that, down to the details nobody puts on a feature list.

  • Actually native

    Built with React Native and shipped through the app stores, not a website in a box. Native gestures, native scrolling, native keyboard.

  • Role-aware doors

    A viewer never sees a New Gig button, because the database would refuse the write. The app hides doors it knows are locked.

  • Scales with your eyes

    Turn your phone's text size up and the app grows with it: counts, labels and cards were laid out to survive it, not to clip.

  • Honest when it fails

    If the worklist can't load, it says so and offers a retry. An ops tool must never say “All clear” because the network blipped.

  • A bell that means it

    Every answer, request and cancellation lands in the app's notification centre, with the unread dot on the dashboard, and in your inbox by email.

  • Three themes, one brand

    Light, Dark, and GigSpace: the brand worn whole, in deep violet. Contrast checked on every surface, not eyeballed.
