Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do on the Platform. It applies to all users. Breaking it may lead to content being removed and your access being suspended or terminated.

• Use the Platform if you are under 18, or provide false, misleading or impersonating information.
• Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, or that infringes anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• Post fake, dishonest or malicious feedback or ratings, or feedback not based on a genuine experience.
• Circumvent the Platform’s intended use: for example, using contacts obtained through GigSpace to take bookings off-platform in order to avoid fees, or soliciting users away from the Platform in breach of your agreement with your agency.
• Scrape, harvest, crawl or bulk-extract data, or access the Platform by automated means without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or our systems; probe or test security; or interfere with the Platform’s operation.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code, or overload or disrupt the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, sublicense or create derivative works from the Platform except as permitted by law.
• Use the Platform to send spam or unlawful marketing, or to process personal data other than as permitted by the Terms and applicable law.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or to facilitate one.

All content you upload must be accurate, lawful, yours to share, and appropriate for a professional booking environment. You are responsible for your content and for keeping it up to date.

If you see content or behaviour that breaches this Policy, or anything you believe is illegal, please report it to info@gigspace.ie. We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include removing content or suspending accounts.

We may investigate breaches and cooperate with law enforcement. We may remove content, and suspend or terminate access, in line with the Terms of Use. Where reasonable and lawful, we will explain our reasons.
