Who to ask about what
GigSpace is the software an agency uses to run its bookings. GigSpace is not the booker, does not employ artists, and never holds or moves money. So anything about a specific booking, the fee, when you'll be paid, why a gig changed, or a disagreement about one, is for the agency involved, not for GigSpace. Every act and venue can message their agency directly from GigSpace, and that is nearly always the fastest way to an answer.
