How GigSpace uses cookies and similar technologies. Prepared under the Irish ePrivacy Regulations 2011 and the GDPR.
We use no analytics, advertising or third-party marketing cookies on the Platform.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an app. Similar technologies (such as local storage, pixels and SDKs) work in comparable ways. We refer to all of these as “cookies” in this Policy. They let the Platform work, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and help us understand how the Platform is used.
2. Your consent
Today the Platform sets only strictly necessary cookies: the small set needed to sign you in securely and remember preferences you have directly chosen. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, which is why you do not currently see a cookie banner: there is nothing optional to ask about.
If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (such as analytics or marketing), we will ask for your consent first through a compliant cookie banner: “Reject all” as prominent as “Accept all”, granular choices by category, and nothing set until you agree. We will update this Policy and the table below before doing so.
3. The cookies we use
The specific cookies and similar technologies in use are:

We use no analytics, advertising or third-party marketing cookies on the Platform.
4. Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: required for the Platform to function (security, sign-in, remembering choices you have made). These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics / performance: would help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. Not currently used; would be set only with your consent.
- Functional: would remember preferences to enhance your experience. Beyond the theme choice above, not currently used; would be set only with your consent.
- Marketing: would be used to measure or deliver marketing. Not currently used; would be set only with your consent.
5. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting or blocking them, though blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Platform working (for example, you may not be able to stay signed in). If non-essential cookies are introduced in future, a “Cookie settings” control will let you change or withdraw your choices at any time.
