GigSpace is software that booking agencies use to run their bookings. Knowing which questions are ours and which are your agency's saves everyone a day.
Ask GigSpace about the app itself: signing in, a screen that won't load, a button that doesn't work, your account and your data, or anything that looks like a bug.
Ask the agency about anything to do with an actual booking: the fee, when you'll be paid, why a gig moved or was cancelled, what time to arrive, or a disagreement about a gig. The agency arranges the booking and pays the act; GigSpace never holds or moves money, and isn't a party to the booking. You can message your agency directly from GigSpace and it goes straight to them.
Ask the venue about the room itself: access, load-in, parking, sound limits and curfews.
