A residency is a run of gigs on the same night each week at the same venue. Create it once and GigSpace generates the dates.
An act can accept the whole run in one action. Each date is a separate booking on the same terms, so a clash on one date skips that date and the rest go through.
Ongoing residencies are topped up automatically, so a weekly slot keeps extending rather than quietly running out.
Cancelling one date in a run doesn't affect the others. If the act pulls out of a single week, cover for that week is offered to your backups and the act keeps the future dates.
