Getting paid

The agency pays you; GigSpace never holds or moves money. What you see in the app is a record of what the agency owes you, not a payment being processed.

Your earnings screen shows what's been paid, what's owed now, and what's coming from gigs not yet played. A payment is released once the gig is completed.

Unless you've agreed something different with the agency in writing, the agency pays your fee within 30 days of the gig.

Add your payout details in your personal details, so the agency can actually pay you: IBAN, BIC and bank name. It's the most common reason a payment stalls.

If you haven't been paid, contact the agency, not GigSpace. We can't pay you on their behalf and we can't see their bank account. If an agency is repeatedly not paying, do tell us: that's something we act on.

Ask your agency about payment

The agency pays you, on the terms you agreed with them; GigSpace never holds or moves the money, so we can't tell you when it lands.

Opens your conversation with them, with the first line written. Nothing sends until you press Send.
