You can delete your account yourself, from Settings on the web or in either app. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
We'll refuse in two situations, and tell you which applies:
You have bookings still to come. Cancel or complete them first. This exists so no venue is left without an act because someone deleted an account on a Tuesday.
You're the only admin of an agency that still has other members or upcoming gigs. Make someone else an admin first, or ask us to close the agency.
What goes: your login, your profile, your photos, your contact and payout details.
What stays: bookings, invoices and statements already created; those belong to the agencies and venues you worked with. Where an act is removed, the act's name stays on past bookings so the records still make sense.
If you want a copy of your data, ask us before you delete.
