Create a gig against a venue with a date, times and fee. Then offer it to one or more acts.
Offer it to several acts at once if you want it filled quickly. The first to accept gets it, and the others' offers are withdrawn automatically: you don't have to tidy up, and you can't accidentally double-book.
GigSpace won't let you offer a gig to an act who's already booked at that time, or who's outside the travel radius they've set.
If the gig runs past midnight, enter the real end time: GigSpace handles the date roll correctly, and getting it right matters for check-ins and billing.
You can also accept an offer on an act's behalf if they've told you by phone or message. The act is notified, and the booking records that you accepted for them.
