Booking Terms

These terms are being finalised and have not yet been published. No booking made on GigSpace so far has been made under them.

When they come into force, they will set out the agreement between an artist and the booking agency for each gig accepted through the Platform: the agreed fee, the check-in confirmations owed before the performance, and the cancellation and no-show rules. The agency is the engager for every booking: GigSpace records the agreement and is not a party to it.

From the day they are published, accepting a gig will include one extra step: reading and explicitly agreeing to these terms. That agreement is recorded, versioned, and shown here in full. Bookings accepted before that day are unaffected.

In the meantime, the Terms of Use govern the use of the Platform itself.
