Our story

We spent years running agencies. GigSpace is the tool we always wanted.

GigSpace was born out of the late nights every agent knows: the spreadsheet that never matched the calendar, the invoice nobody chased, the double-booking spotted an hour too late. We built the platform we wished we'd had: one place where the pipeline, the roster, the venues and the money all finally agree.

Today a working agency's whole diary lives in it: thousands of dates across more than fifty venues, and we're just getting started.

Who is GigSpace for?

Independent booking agents running their own roster, and agencies scaling up a team. You can start solo and grow into it: the platform expands with you, no migration or replatforming needed.

How long does it take to set up?

Most agents are live within a day. Add your artists and venues, or send an invite link and let them fill in their own details. There's nothing to install.

How does the money side work?

Every confirmed gig generates its paperwork: venue invoices and artist statements, VAT handled, co-branded with your logo and print-ready. You see what's owed in and out on one screen and mark payments as they land in your bank. GigSpace never sits between you and your money: no processor, no held funds, no percentage of your fees.

What do my artists and venues need?

Nothing to pay and almost nothing to set up. Artists get a free app for iOS and Android (and a web login) where they answer offers, manage their profile and set availability; venues get a simple web panel through an invite link. Both work from the same live booking record as you.

Can my whole team use it?
